Simply human habits

This is a statistic we’ve heard for years, and it’s one that makes me laugh so hard. 40 percent of 40 is a ridiculously low number, especially when you consider that most of us are doing our best to get to 40 by age 50, only to fall short. But, we should keep in mind that many of our habits are simply human habits, and if we can break them, we can keep the rest of our lives pretty happy.

Here’s the problem. We often have no idea that we are doing the things we do. Even if we realize that we are doing something, it’s often because we’re so busy convincing ourselves that we’re doing something that we completely miss the mark. That is, if we are doing something for a specific reason, then we might not even be aware that it’s doing it. It might just be a habit.

Our habits are just a part of who we are. However, we can’t control them, so they must be broken. We want to do what makes us happy, but if we fail to take care of the things that keep us unhappy, we are bound to find that we don’t really like it.

If you’re not happy with your life, I’d be surprised if you aren’t miserable. If you are, I’d be very surprised if you aren’t happy. You might not always know what makes you happy, and that is okay. We may not always be able to see the obvious, but that doesn’t mean that we cannot. We just have to be honest with ourselves and see what makes us happy.

If this is true, it means that we have the right to be unhappy. We have the right to be miserable. We do, because people who are unhappy don’t often try to do anything about it. They just don’t try to change anything. Like I said earlier, we may not always be able to see the obvious. We dont always know what makes us happy. How do we know if we’re happy? It’s pretty much what you’d want to find out.

The problem is that no one can be happy at 100 percent. Yes, we can be happy 100 percent of the time. But there are times when we arent. There are times when we are bored. And there are times when we are tired. And there are times when we are angry. And there are times when we are frustrated. And there are times when we are scared. And there are times when we dont want to be here.

How do we know if we are happy or not? We know if we are happy because of our own desires and beliefs. We know if we are happy because of our parents. We know if we are happy because were lucky. We know if we are happy because we deserve it. We know if we are happy because our children deserve it. We know if we are happy because weve been successful. If we are happy because weve worked hard.

That’s the magic of this little list. It’s the part that makes all the difference. It’s the part that makes the magic happen. It’s the part that we’ve all been waiting for. It’s the part that we all need.

The magic of this little list is that once an audience has formed around the magic, they’ll continue believing in it. The list of beliefs we have is made up of three categories: 1) Truth 2) Fact 3) Belief.

This is a list of things that are true. Things that we know to be true. Things that we have good reason to believe are true. Things that we know to be true based on what we know about the world. Things that we are able to prove to be true. Things that we know are true due to the power of human reasoning. Things that we know to be true due to the magic of our own minds.
